Yoga4Classrooms® Professional Development Workshop for Educators

Registration Information:

This workshop is appropriate for all K-12 classroom teachers, administrators, school counselors, physical education teachers, health educators, therapists, paraprofessionals, and other school professionals. Absolutely no yoga experience required!

Tuition includes: 6hr workshop, Program Manual and Note Taking Guide Downloads, Certificate of Completion

Yoga Camp for Kids   - 

Registration Information: Summer 2016 registration will begin in the spring.  Check the website for dates and times. 

Event Information:

This Yoga Camp is for boys and girls. It includes yoga poses, breathing, and mindfulness exercises.

There will be music, crafts, and fun!

No prior yoga experience necessary.

Weekly Teen Yoga Class -will start up again in 2016.  Check back for dates and time.

Class Information:

Yoga practiced in a lovely peaceful environment among the beauty of majestic sycamore trees and the calming sounds of nature.

Restorative Hatha Yoga benefits people who are seeking fitness as well as a treatment for injuries, stress related problems like anxiety, depression, sleeping issues and other chronic illnesses most often caused by stress.

This class includes a variety of restorative and gentle postures combined with breathing and mindfulness techniques to promote physical and mental wellness that leads to personal transformations by rejuvenating the body and calming the mind and nervous system.

Yoga is for every BODY. Each of us can benefit from yoga regardless of shape, size, or physical limitations. A variety of props and modifications will be used during this class to make it suitable for everyone. All participants are encouraged to practice at a level that feels right to them.
